like i said
i went off macro-ing yesterday
and god was it damn hot
but the light was good
terribly good i'd say
so there i was
at the time when the sun was at its highest point
this mad boi was wearing just a t-shirt
and a berms
and went in this field of insects
holding a big ass camera
with the hood and flash attached
hoppers
i shot some hoppers
and dragonflies
and some other funny funny i've-never-seen-before-insects
so part 1 to this
the hoppers :)
i'm hungry !
there are actually 3 parts of the field which i didn't take the pic off
but the first part is those short short grass one
so not much mosquitoes
second one a bit tall tall
and the third one is where lots more funny insects live
but the mosquitoes were simply unbearable
i had applied like mosquitoes repellent
changed to a long sleeve despite the hot-ness
and still
i was attacked like mad
practically all my uncovered area was attacked
and this is my left hand
my right hand was worst
i had counted like there were at least 8 bites on my right hand alone
after just 5 mins of staying at the best-macro-part of the field
my face,
my leg
all were attacked also
after about 5 mins part +
i left
went to the less intense field
blardy idiot mosquitoes
i was in a field with ants as big as this
and spiders and some unknown i've-never-seen-before-insects man
aight
i shall go haf my breakfast :D
