i remembered super vividly how agesly long it took to edit a single photo previously during my last visit back home

all those were gone !

editing is seamlessly superb fast !

and well

though mac software here are kinda hard to find

no mac photoshop 4

no mac lightroom

so instead

i installed

photoshop 3 (no choice lor)

and aperture 2

for one,

i've always thought that aperture is like the mac version of lightroom

and well,

i can definitely see the similarities

but also there's some differences

so far

i still prefer lightroom

but for now

aperture will be able to do the job :)

since editing is so darn fast

i saw blue skies

but something told me to go up
may be take a rest from the books and notes
have to stare at distances to take care of my eye also

i went up
and witness
one of the mistiest morning i've ever seen !

it's like the whole view ahead of me were like all mist

i then remembered an article about mists i read some time back
have to wait for the right light condition then the mist will be peautifull XD

today is a super damn sangat very lazy day
woke up like at 4pm

was up all night rushing through my projects due today
something that's been quite common for me now
i stay up all night
typing away

for last night case
some 5250 words (damn nice the number of total words lol)
and never got the chance to see it in print
always the rest of my group mates will be there in sch
printing and submitting it

aiz...

i remembered the very first project i did back in sem 1
that one even more jia lat
type all the way till morning
then straight away go school to print
but the feeling
of seeing those words in print
and submitting it myself,
more like throwing it in the that black box at the koi pond
anyway,
it feels great

ok back to where i started
today is like a super lazy day
i guess
yesterday's re-editing and typing typing all made me damn exhausted to do anything at all
but, before i went off to bed yest morning
i went off to rest my eye
and check out the view of the sunrise at level 22 again
at the apartment across

since i is very lazy to edit my need for speed pics
i shall continue with that series tomorrow d

Aceh Day 2 Part 1

am seriously damn damn damn tired now...
two trips with very little breaks in between and now has to practically get out everyday is wearing me down more and more
body aching all over and with the addition that my days here in medan are now within a hand's count away are really screwing my mood all over again
the lack of meet ups with love is another heartache and knowing that there's a chance that we could not see each other any more till my next holiday is totally breaking the heart into zillions of zillions of pieces...
as much as i've wished i'd be back there in singapore as soon as possible so i can once again restart the new semester with a new mindset and managing my photo galleries better or at least finally being able to freely edit my works be it from Aceh or the latest Toba trip, not being able to hold her once more before i leave is really....ah.....life


anyway,
here's Day 2 of Aceh





Time Check : 5.30 a.m.

Kempes, Asiong and myself walked to the nearby beach, just within some less than 10 mins walk away from the Losmen we stayed at

we were all unsure on whether that beach will provide us with a good viewpoint at the east but everything becomes clearer once the skies turned yellowish





it was quite a pretty dull morning,
no sun,
no terrific golden clouds formation or whatever
i just had to shoot whatever there was there then to satisfy my landscape deprived self : /





there was only this very small part of the sky that turned golden for a like a few mins only before disappering totally





so again, i shot what's at the beach instead

the EXAMS are over !

ok...so it's finally OVER...like 2 days ago ?
well then on the day after the exams, the 9th...
i took my very much deserved rest and then begin editing my pictures, yeah, that's what i've been busy with
i'm re-editing my pictures and re-organizing them so i can like find the pictures i want easier and that's also pretty much what i spent on the entire day today and i think i'm kinda only halfway through so yeah...
wanna finish all the stay-home-and-edit-pictures before monday cause yeah regardless of rain or shine...monday onwards i'm gonna be holding the camera back man

later on....hmmm...around 12 more hours will i'll be down at the exam hall sitting for my last paper !

anyway, how was the exams so far ? no comments
seriously man, i really need to trust myself so much more
as in on my "feelings"
as in for almost all the papers, each morning like when i'll be like rushing through reading the notes and all for the last min revision and memorizing, just out of no where these kinda "feelings" like which topics will appear on the paper will just come out.

it kinda first started with the 2nd paper since the first paper my friend called me up telling me some questions which i believed will pop out and they did appear exactly on the exams paper but i didn't trust the intuition so much i was merely just reading through it. so the morning of the 2nd paper while i was bathing, this topic "sales promotion" just kept on ringing in my head but i was merely just.....aiyah...that topic i never read much

it's still damn vivid man in my head that i reached school that morning reading about sales promotion on my way there and then met up with the guys and somehow just kept saying things about sales promotion
"sales promotion !! sure come out !! confirm !! sales promotion !!"
and yeah it did....an entire essay question based entirely on sales promotion : /
when i flipped the question paper i was really....shit la !!!

then it happened again on the 3rd paper
again in the morning while i was reading through everything this blueprint thing just kept ringing in my head again and again, at school when i met up with the guys i said
"blueprint man blueprint ! tell me everything you know about blueprint !" and kinda amazingly it's the chapter that most of the guys skipped through and so i was left with like a mere 15mins of memorizing the 8 steps in blueprinting with the already information overloaded brain
again, it came out
an entire question based on blueprinting itself...

and then it happened again on my 4th paper
business ethics. prior to this, i've asked everyone on what to study and what to concentrate on since i kinda missed the last lecture of this subject coz i was simply too damn tired from projecting then, and everyone told me to concentrate on this CAT scan and the 3 case studies and that'll be it.
memorize some 3 case studies in and out and do a CAT scan on them, memorize it and that's it man.
the paper was on the 5th and early on that morning while i was still reading through the cases the very first time this damn strong feeling that CAT scan will not come out came again. now..how can i trust myself on this man...everyone i asked all say they just study CAT scan and the 3 cases and that's it but this feeling inside me was like...sure no CAT scan at all. definitely something else but i don't know what. so luckily i put aside some time through the cases and began to flip through the textbook and this 2 pages right a the front strike me. i've never read it, never seen it but they just strike me like don't know what. so i read them and then head back to do what everyone else is doing. study the cases.
and the feeling was so chun i seriously don't know what to say. no CAT scan at all. the case studies were minimal, as in, don't even need to memorize them and stuff. the 3 questions we were to do out of the 4 were all based on the 2 pages of the textbook that strike me.

now can someone explain this to me ?

ok the funny thing is that after the 2nd and 3rd paper, i think the thing kinda spread and some friends were like sms me on what'll come out and stuff -..-"
on the 5th morning, like at 3 am, when i had just begin mugging this friend sms me and asked me what my feeling on the questions will come out will be....
i seriously laughed myself out loud there and then man !
and then on the day i was late a bit, when i reached school, it was so just nice that it's time to go in right away thus, never got to chance to meet the guys and all but when i was about to sit, this friend sitting behind me like
"bert, what ur feeling the question will be ?"
i was already in the exam all and we were not supposed to talk and i was seriously really like doubtful about the feeling that time so i simply just..."don't know leh"
damn funny can !

today's light very nice can !!
well, up till this moment
make me feel so imprisoned sitting here staring at the blue blue sky whenever i lift my head up from the notes
so, decided to move my stare away and turn into this screen and then end up editing my pics
was mugging from like 3 - 6 during which two ah peks came over, well, i was mugging downstairs at those lepak places under the hdb block, chatted for a brief 5 mins with each of them that came during some 2 hours interval
really love studying downstairs, feel so much more productive
should begin doing this every single night d

came home at about 6.10 am for a short break then read some iphone forums on how to change the sms ringtone, and managed to do just that :D then check the sky from the window
some orange-ness after days of ****up mad skies, mad as in really mad ok, it'd like thunder thunder with dark clouds flying damn fast over the head then like 1 hour later sunny sunny bright bright like that again, so regardless, i told myself, aiyah heck just go up
and boy was i lucky i went up with the camera















as the first shutter went off, i feel soo........WOHOOOO !!!!! the sound i miss so blerdy much ! eh now that i can make my own sms ringtone, mabbe i should make the sound of shutter as the ringtone eh ?! - please bare in mind that i'm still very stress so every single mad and nonsensical things i say are all excusable
