finally finalized my name card d
nothing much happen today
except during dinner
where,
we as a family sat down and have our meals together
me half way tru my dinner, dad just starting his, bro with his indomie -.-" despite there's rice and proper veggies and some chicken and finally mum makaning some durian
yes, we're a durian-eating family :D
what's missing was just my sister who's in KL now
we, as a family having our meals together at home doesn't happen that frequently
with me who's always having weird meals times or 80% of the time either not home or back in sg
my bro who's just growing up = out with friends = nv home
sis, who's now also seldom home
dad who's seldom home during dinner
and mum who tend to always skip dinner altogether

and that dinner
was one dinner i enjoyed :)
and oh, the tv was off too !
despite the other food wasn't really the type i like a lot
but still
that was one lovely meal
one that i miss
one that was a daily occasion back then
when mum will always nag and nag
and shout at the rest of us
to gather
to have our dinner together

now i know
now i understand
after countless lonely meals back in sg
home cooked food isn't the best without your family by your side
it is the laughter + a little nagging + a little teasing and the sound of those chews from your family
the smell of your family together
that made that meal a little more special

:)
i really do wish it happen more often

this time is totally different than the first time
while the first time i shot her, it was more of a cool cool tomboyish kinda type
this time round is more feminine, more emotive and funky i'd say :)

i asked maggie to come again last sunday to shoot one of my concepts, which would include lots of wind, hair-flowing stuff la
but she came looking like this

and i went :|
omigod, so formal
her hair so stiff also how to use wind blow la O.o
but since she was there
and i've been trigger itchy
we just went along with the flow
just like the other time
she was all cool and great as always :)
the shoot went on for some 2 hours plus
and in that much shorter time compared to her previous visit over my place,
i think we've achieved so much more this time
covering some 3 themes d
firstly of course since her hair is all formal
it'd be a bit more formal d
